Shiamak Davar has choreographed a song in fashion designer Vikram Phadnis’ upcoming directorial debut, ‘Hrudayantar’. The Bollywood choreographer, who has lent his expertise to a Marathi film for the first time, says, “When Vikram approached me, I immediately agreed. I took it up as a challenge since it was something I hadn’t done before.” Vikram adds, “I’ve known Shiamak for over 25 years.
We recently shot the song and it turned out to be magical because he created a drama-like spectacle on stage. He gave me a Nataraja idol which signifies love and purity. I will cherish it for years.” Shiamak also features in the song along with his troupe.
